CORNELL NOTES

What are Cornell Notes?

Cornell notes are a specific way to take notes. They teach students to organize and condense notes. There are four parts to Cornell notes: note taking, note making, note interacting, and note reflecting. These four parts help students store the content of the notes into long term memory versus short term memory.
